Product Owner

Description
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution across a multi-surface SaaS platform. Working closely with Product Managers, engineering, design, and business stakeholders, this role is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and transforming complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories for both web management portals and native mobile applications.The Business Analyst actively manages and refines the product backlog, ensures alignment during Agile delivery, and continuously maps and optimizes user workflows. Success in this role requires a sharp analytical mindset, deep technical understanding, and the ability to ensure that delivered features provide high operational efficiency and measurable business value.
Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis & Process OptimizationGather, analyze, and map complex business processes, user journeys, and operational workflows across web and mobile platforms.Elicit detailed business rules and technical requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, translating them into comprehensive functional specifications.Identify process bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies, proposing scalable digital solutions to optimize user experience.Backlog Management & Product Ownership SupportOwn, groom, and maintain the operational product backlog in alignment with product priorities and business objectives.Translate high-level business goals into precise user stories, detailed acceptance criteria (Given-When-Then), and flow diagrams.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives), acting as the functional authority for the delivery team.Support product managers in feature prioritization by assessing technical feasibility, business value, and operational impact.Cross-Functional Alignment & DeliveryServe as the primary functional bridge between business stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Customer Success) and technical teams (Engineering, UX/UI, QA).Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure functional requirements align with technical constraints, APIs, and integrations.Assist QA teams in reviewing test plans and execution scripts to ensure full coverage of acceptance criteria and functional scope.Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management and release communication efforts.Data-Driven Insights & Continuous ImprovementAnalyze system usage, operational KPIs, and workflow metrics to identify trends and functional gaps.Use quantitative data and stakeholder feedback to recommend functional enhancements and backlog improvements.Maintain clear, up-to-date functional documentation, process maps, and system requirements.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner on complex B2B SaaS platforms or multi-platform digital products.Demonstrated experience creating detailed functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams (BPMN, UML) for responsive web and native mobile apps (iOS/Android).Solid understanding of backend concepts, APIs, data modeling, and system integration logic to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, managing backlogs, and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Linear.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with acute attention to detail.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced English level (C1), both written and spoken.
