Product Owner

About the role

Nybble Group is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical execution across a multi-surface SaaS platform. The role works with Product Managers, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into functional specifications and user stories for web management portals and native mobile applications.

The Business Analyst manages and refines the product backlog, supports alignment during Agile delivery, and maps and optimizes user workflows. Success requires an analytical mindset, technical understanding, and a focus on operational efficiency and measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and map business processes, user journeys, and operational workflows across web and mobile platforms.
• Elicit business rules and technical requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Identify process bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies, and propose scalable digital solutions to optimize user experience.
• Own, groom, and maintain the operational product backlog in alignment with product priorities and business objectives.
• Translate business goals into user stories, Given-When-Then acceptance criteria, and flow diagrams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, as the delivery team's functional authority.
• Support product managers with feature prioritization by assessing technical feasibility, business value, and operational impact.
• Serve as the primary functional bridge across cross-functional delivery.
