About the role
Pyramid Consulting, Inc is seeking a Product Owner to drive entitlement lifecycle initiatives across license, order, provisioning, and renewal processes. This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Define user stories, prioritize work, and align business and technology teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably in enterprise CRM, entitlement management, order management, licensing, provisioning, renewal, or digital transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of the entitlements lifecycle, including License to Order, Provisioning, and Renewal processes.
- Hands-on understanding of the CRM ecosystem, including SFDC, Wolf, WXP, Neuron, and Amplify.
- Experience with contractual and transactional flows such as BRIM, Tera, and Apollo.
- Knowledge of Customer 360 and Master Data Governance, including MDM and MADO.
- Experience writing user stories in INVEST and Gherkin formats, and using prioritization techniques such as RICE, MoSCoW, and WSJF.
- CSPO certification is required.
