Product Owner - CRM

About the role

RCM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner – CRM Specialist for a contract in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. The role bridges business strategy and technical execution, serving as a subject matter expert for the client's CRM ecosystem, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or HubSpot. You will translate business needs into product roadmaps and Agile backlogs while working with bilingual cross-functional teams to optimize systems, streamline workflows, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and maintain the CRM product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own, groom, and prioritize the Product Backlog; write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure sprint readiness.
• Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business end-users, and technical delivery teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and report progress.
• Lead product scope decisions during Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Review and accept or reject completed sprint increments against the Definition of Done (DoD).
• Analyze user feedback, operational workflows, and CRM metrics to prioritize high-impact feature enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or managing enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or HubSpot.
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
