Product Owner

TCS is seeking a Product Owner to join a collaborative and fast‑paced environment where technology and business come together to create meaningful impact. This role plays a key part in translating strategic objectives into tangible outcomes, working closely with global Agile teams to drive value through well‑defined and well‑prioritized products.The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented product professional with strong coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating complexity, shaping priorities, and supporting delivery in a dynamic, multi‑initiative environment

Key Responsibilities

Translate business goals and strategy into clear, actionable backlog itemsOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring continuous alignment with business prioritiesEnsure the development team clearly understands product requirements and objectivesAccept or reject deliverables based on defined acceptance criteriaContinuously refine and prioritize the backlog based on feedback and evolving needsTrack delivery progress and proactively remove blockers to support the teamIdentify, refine, and prioritize User Stories and development tasks based on business value, effort estimates, and delivery dependenciesEnsure backlog items are well‑defined, actionable, and ready for developmentValidate priorities, estimations, and sequencing in alignment with delivery goalsCollaborate closely with technical teams, delivery leads, and key stakeholders

Technical Requirements & Expertise

Proven experience as a Product Owner within Agile environmentsStrong understanding of Agile roles, ceremonies, and artifactsDemonstrated expertise in PI Planning, backlog management, user story definition, and prioritizationStrong analytical skills to evaluate product features, requirements, and dependenciesExperience working closely with technical and delivery teamsExcellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skillsAbility to thrive in fast‑paced environments while managing multiple priorities
