Product Owner Solution Strategist

About the role

At Impressit, an AI-native software and engineering company, the Product Owner acts as the bridge between client needs and delivery teams. Externally, the role is positioned as a Solution Strategist. You will translate complex client requirements into clear, executable specifications and manage feedback through delivery, presentation and refinement until the client’s operational problem is solved.

You will work with a technical delivery team backed by AI tooling. Hands-on engineering is not required, but the role calls for logical thinking, breaking down ambiguous problems and focusing on high-impact client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the delivery team, managing requirements end-to-end.
• Look beyond surface-level requests to identify the root operational challenge and define a structured strategy.
• Turn client requirements into clear, actionable technical briefs for engineering teams or AI-assisted workflows.
• Synthesize and summarize what the team builds, present it to the client, gather feedback and iterate.
• Build and share rapid prototypes with clients to validate direction and align expectations early.

Requirements

• Think logically, break down ambiguous problems clearly and remain focused on high-impact client outcomes.
• Hands-on engineering experience is not required.
