What You Will Do: Deliver on-site technical support including system commissioning, installation reviews, and troubleshooting for A-Power dealers and contractors. Conduct dealer training sessions, product demonstrations, and technical workshops to enhance field performance and brand trust. Support warranty evaluations by inspecting installations and documenting product or installation issues. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure technical accuracy and smooth product rollouts. Serve as the go-to field expert for HVAC systems, controls, and connected equipment. Gather real-world feedback from installers and communicate insights to engineering and product development teams. What We Are Looking For: 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, service, or technical support. Strong hands-on knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems including heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, and controls. Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach, troubleshoot, and support field teams effectively.
