LABIGEN is hiring a Production Animal Logistics Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador. Support efficient sample logistics and help uphold animal welfare throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt, verification, distribution, and tracking of samples from production animals.
- Monitor schedules and ensure results are delivered within established timeframes.
- Maintain organized, accurate records and communicate logistics updates to relevant teams.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in veterinary medicine, agriculture, animal science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability in a changing work environment.
- Experience in logistics and animal handling is preferred.
