Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas and work closely with clients to create packaging solutions that support business growth and brand integrity.Role Description The Production Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ciudad Juárez, CHH. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that packaging products meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Key tasks include monitoring and optimizing production processes, direct and guide operative personnel, team leaders and production suoervisors, effectively managing personnel conflicts and motivating the team to succesfully achieve production goals, troubleshooting technical or process-related issues, and implementing improvements to reduce waste and increase throughput. The Production Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams such as operations, quality, and maintenance, prepares and analyzes production data and reports, and supports continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals and client expectations.
Qualifications Strong foundation in Production Engineering, including process optimization and manufacturing methods.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.Strong and extensive experience managing operative personnel, team leaders and production supervisors.Demonstrated capability to effectively handle personnel conflicts to resolve team disputesKnowledge of Quality Control practices, standards, and tools to ensure product consistency and compliance.Effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting to stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or a related field.Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Ciudad Juárez, CHH, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with production management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
