This role focuses on optimizing workflows, eliminating waste, and embedding Lean practices to enhance safety, quality, and cost performance across operations.What You’ll LeadOversee and coordinate production plans, maintenance schedules, and daily operationsLead and develop Production Supervisors to drive performance, accountability, and resultsImplement Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wasteMonitor production performance and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goalsDrive training and certification programs to build team capability and support a culture of continuous improvementEnsure compliance with safety, FDA, and environmental regulationsPromote 6S workplace organization standards and operational disciplineAct as a key partner across Operations, CI, and leadership teams to solve problems and improve processesServe as deputy to the Production & CI Manager, supporting leadership, reporting, and project executionWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Science (or 6–8 years of manufacturing leadership experience)Lean Black Belt certificationExperience leading teams in a manufacturing environmentStrong analytical skills with knowledge of process improvement and CI methodologiesAbility to drive change, influence stakeholders, and lead in a fast-paced environmentBilingual in Spanish and EnglishPreferred:Experience leading cross-functional projects and change management initiativesStrong background in Lean manufacturing and operational excellence programsWhat We OfferDollar-for-dollar 401(k) match up to 3%Company-paid holidays and 15 days of vacationComprehensive health, life, and vision insuranceEmployee recognition programs and educational assistanceStock savings plan and weekly payrollOccupational clinic and wellness initiativesAdditional InformationThis role is based in Cayey, Puerto Rico and operates in a manufacturing environment.
