Production Supervisor Injection Molding

About the role

Lead and coordinate daily production activities in the Injection Molding area to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals, ensuring efficient use of people, equipment and materials in a continuous improvement environment.

Tasks

• Plan, organize and supervise daily production operations in the Injection Molding area.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, productivity and delivery targets.
• Lead, develop and motivate operators, line leaders and technicians.
• Monitor machine performance, mold changes and process parameters to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Materials to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, scrap and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, 5S and internal procedures.
• Prepare and follow up production reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support in new product launches and process validation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding production supervision in a manufacturing environment (preferably in plastics or cosmetic packaging).
• Knowledge of injection molding processes, plastic materials and mold operation.
• Experience leading production teams, line leaders and operators.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems, 5S and continuous improvement tools.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
