We're looking for a **Production Support Coordinator** to support the day-to-day operations of a **U.S.-based company** (construction & landscaping). You'll work **100% remotely from Medellín**, connecting teams and clients and making sure every project moves forward on time — in both **English and Spanish**.
This is a great fit if you love organizing, coordinating, and problem-solving, and you want to grow while working side by side with a U.S. team.
🎯 What you'll do- Coordinate day-to-day operations and keep schedules on track.- Track projects and make sure deadlines are met.- Communicate with different teams and clients in **English and Spanish**.- Organize calendars, prioritize tasks, and anticipate what the team will need.- Support with information management, orders, purchasing, and reporting.
✅ What we're looking for- Advanced English (B2+ minimum): comfortable handling calls and emails with clients in English.- Strong **organization, attention to detail, and communication**.- Based in **Medellín or the metro area**.- **Full-time availability on U.S. business hours**.- A proper space and connection for remote work.
➕ Bonus points- Experience in coordination, virtual assistance, customer service, or Customer Success.- Hands-on with tools like CRM, spreadsheets, calendars/scheduling, or operations software.- Previous experience working with U.S. companies or clients.
