Production Team Member

This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn new skills. No previous experience is required!!!!

What you'll do:
✅•DEMOLDING: Remove foam parts from molds after the curing process, ensuring no damage occurs.
✅•TRIMMING: Cut and trim molded parts to meet product specifications using various tools and machinery.
✅•PRODUCTION: Operate machinery and production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient work flow.
✅•QUALITY CONTROL: Inspect parts for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
✅•TEAM COLLABORATION: Work with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Pay & Perks:
•💰 $16/hour
• 📆 Full-time 1st shifts available

Requirements:
• ✔️ Reliable and punctual.
• ✔️ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• ✔️ Willingness to perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and lifting.
• ✔️ Must be 18 or older
•✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•✔️ Attention to detail
•✔️ Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
