Hiring English-Native Educators for Private School in Colombia We’re a Calendar A Private School in Colombia, moving towards a bilingual program, and we’re looking for enthusiastic English-native educators from the USA, UK, Canada, or Australia! Start date: January 15th, with the school year running through November. About the Role: • Teach English language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking. • Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with our curriculum. • Prepare students for exams, support academic goals, and track progress. • Collaborate with colleagues, join cross-curricular activities, and participate in school events. • Weekly 40-hour commitment: 25 classroom hours + 15 hours for planning and grading. • Monthly Salary of 3Million COP + Health + Bonuses. Requirements: • Native English speaker (C1+ proficiency) • BA in Education or English Language Teaching • TEFL preferred but not mandatory • Already in Colombia or can relocate by January 15th • 1+ year of classroom teaching experience.
