Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. Create, curate, and manage content across multiple social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency and voice. Monitor social media trends, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to optimize campaigns. Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce compelling social media assets. Analyze social media performance data and prepare detailed reports on growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Stay current with emerging social media tools and trends to enhance strategy and execution. Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media strategy development and implementation. Strong knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics. Digital Marketing certification is a plus.
