Program Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own and communicate the master timing schedule
• Ensure that project schedules are established, up to date, & accurate
• Drive attainment of flawless launch metrics
• Manage project post box development and closure plans as required
• Conduct gate reviews on time
• Ensure that design reviews are held on time
• Ensure that project information is established and up to date
• Lead and facilitate project risk management activities
• Handle all communication to the customer regarding project deliverables
• Responsible for collecting expenses made by BWI and suppliers.
• Communicate to the team members their action items regularly.
• New Product Introduction Management
