Job Description

NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY | PROGRAM MANAGER | JIT CENTRAL OFFICE-PUEBLA

You will be responsible for coordinating all project activities between the client and the project team, until ensuring the successful launch of the project.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project launch plans to ensure successful program implementation Coordinate cross-functional activities and drive execution aligned with customer milestones, events, and business requirements. Create, monitor, and update project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of all program objectives. Lead the launch of new programs while managing resources and budgets approved by senior leadership. Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to evaluate, quote, and implement engineering changes and customer requests. Ensure the timely completion of project deliverables, proactively mitigating risks and preventing customer escalations. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and project success. Work together with the Projects and Sales Team to quote and implement engineering changes

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience within the automotive industry. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience leading cross-functional teams Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Audi Portal, VW portal Bilingual: Spanish (native), English (advanced), German (Desirable)
