Program Manager - SaaS Operations

About the role

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, enterprise-wide initiatives from end to end, managing program roadmaps, cross-functional dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Establish portfolio management frameworks, standard project methodologies, and executive dashboards to optimize resource allocation and support successful delivery.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives across the customer lifecycle with RevOps, Sales, Product, and CS.
• Map and redesign workflows using Lean Six Sigma and AI-first solutions to reduce operational friction and improve efficiency.
• Facilitate quarterly planning sessions, track strategic KPIs, and mitigate execution risks.
• Develop C-suite presentations and decision-making materials to align leadership on strategic priorities and business transformation goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, PMO, or Transformation leadership experience.
