About the role

XChange Software Inc is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale, interconnected initiatives across cross-functional engineering teams. The role involves leading complex technical programs from inception through delivery and aligning strategic business objectives with engineering execution.

The ideal candidate bridges technical implementation and executive strategy, combining Scrum and Waterfall project management expertise with cloud technology domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute governance structures for complex, multi-team programs using Waterfall and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Track, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, scope changes, and budget allocations across interconnected projects.
• Establish metrics and reporting structures for predictable delivery timelines and operational visibility.
• Serve as the central point of contact for program status, health, and strategic alignment across organizational levels.
• Tailor technical and operational communications for software engineers and senior executives.
• Manage competing priorities and expectations, building consensus among technical leads, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Align technical outcomes with customer and business strategies, focusing on metrics such as ROI and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
