We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive large-scale, interconnected initiatives across cross-functional engineering teams. In this role, you will lead complex technical programs from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment between strategic business objectives and engineering execution.The ideal candidate bridges the gap between deep technical implementation and high-level executive strategy, combining hands-on Scrum and Waterfall project management expertise with solid cloud technology domain knowledge.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Governance & Risk ManagementDesign and execute robust governance structures for complex, multi-team programs spanning both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.Proactively track, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, scope changes, and budget allocations across interconnected projects.Establish metrics and reporting structures to ensure predictable delivery timelines and clear operational visibility.
Stakeholder Management & CommunicationServe as the central point of contact for program status, health, and strategic alignment across all organizational levels.Tailor technical and operational communications effectively for diverse audiences, from hands-on software engineers to senior executives.Manage competing priorities and expectations, building consensus among technical leads, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Business & Strategic AcumenAlign program technical outcomes directly with high-level customer and business strategies, focusing on quantifiable metrics such as ROI and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).Look beyond traditional project schedules to assess long-term business impact and customer value realization.Technical Leadership & EngagementFacilitate architecture and engineering dependency discussions across cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and application development teams.Translate complex engineering constraints into actionable execution plans while maintaining technical credibility with engineering leaders.
Qualifications & Skills / Experience5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master leading complex, enterprise-scale software or infrastructure initiatives.Demonstrated track record of delivering multi-team programs using both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
Technical ProficiencyStrong foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) across infrastructure, modern data architectures, and software delivery pipelines.Ability to read system architecture designs, understand complex technical trade-offs, and facilitate critical engineering reviews.
Core CompetenciesAdvanced skills in schedule management, risk mitigation, resource planning, and scope control.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven success presenting to executive leadership.Strong financial acumen, including experience managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and analyzing TCO/ROI impact.
