Program Officer - Student Sponsorship

Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communication, Child Development, or another relevant discipline.
• A master’s degree will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements
• At least two years of relevant experience in student sponsorship, donor management, education programmes, project coordination, reporting, community engagement, or a related field.
• Experience maintaining student, beneficiary, or donor databases.
• Demonstrated experience preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• Extensive working with schools, children, sponsors, corporate partners, or nonprofit organizations will be preferred.
• Experience in donor reporting, sponsorship renewal, child safeguarding, or resource mobilization will be an advantage.
• Experience in child safeguarding school health, co-curricular programming, partnership development or resource mobilization is strongly preferred.
