Program Success Operations Manager

As a Program Success Manager, you will support the operational execution of global enablement programs, ensuring seamless coordination across registration, learner tracking, event logistics, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will be critical to program success. Responsibilities📋 Registration & Program Management✔️ Configure and manage event registration processes✔️ Coordinate learner communications and invitations✔️ Maintain program rosters and onboarding progress✔️ Track milestones and generate program reports✔️ Support shared mailbox management and learner inquiries📊 Learner Progress & Reporting✔️ Monitor attendance and learner engagement✔️ Track completion of pre-work and accreditation requirements✔️ Maintain training records and reporting dashboards✔️ Support survey administration, analytics, and ad hoc reporting requests🎯 Event & Logistics Coordination✔️ Manage training spaces and facility requests✔️ Coordinate catering and networking events✔️ Prepare training materials, agendas, name tents, and participant resources✔️ Oversee distribution of program materials and recognition items💰 Budgeting & Procurement✔️ Track and manage program budgets✔️ Process purchase orders and invoices✔️ Support vendor and contract management activities
Qualifications✔️ 3+ years of experience managing program operations and events✔️ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills✔️ Experience with event registration platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)✔️ Strong project management and organizational skills✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills✔️ Fluent English (written and spoken)✔️ Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment✔️ Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, or Training Operations✔️ Familiarity with Learning Technology environments✔️ AI tools literacy and interest in emerging technologies
