Join a growing Miami-based company in the plastics and recycled raw materials industry. In this role, you will coordinate strategic technology implementation projects, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external software vendors. Your main focus will be supporting the migration and implementation of key business systems, including CRM, ERP, and accounting platforms, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, keep multiple departments aligned with project timelines, and drive execution across the organization. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.2+ years of experience managing or coordinating business or technology implementation projects.Advanced English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience participating in ERP, CRM, accounting system, or enterprise software implementation or migration projects.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple departments and external vendors to meet project deadlines.Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar project management methodologies.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel; experience with project management tools is a plus.Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
