Project Coordinator

About the Role:We are looking for a "Project Coordinator" to join one of our client's team on full-time onsite basis in 0801 Panama city.Our client is not only one of the world's leading manufacturers of construction machinery but also a recognized provider of technically innovative, user-oriented products and services in many other fields. What You'll Do?- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the technical service at the mining site.- Manage schedules, shifts, vacations and performance of field technicians.- Act as the main point of contact with the customer for all matters related to field service.- Coordinate with the client's maintenance team to align service activities with the operational objectives of the mining equipment.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safety culture.- Monitor team performance and support reliability initiatives.- Collaborate with cross-functional areas such as Quality, Technical Support, Planning and Programming.- Prepare service reports for the Operations Manager and the Director.- Track work orders created in the ERP.- Participate in meetings with the client and represent professionally.- Integrate digital tools to improve operational efficiency.- Identify operational and environmental risks and propose preventive actions.- Participate in the induction and mentoring of new team members.- Ensure the development of personnel according to the company's training program.
Who You Are?University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in field service roles in mining.Advanced proficiency in English.Proficiency in MS Office tools.Strong leadership and communication skills.Techniques: Quality control, ERP, data analysis, heavy mining machinery, safety.Leadership: Team management, communication, decision making.Innovation: Continuous improvement, automation, digitization.Emotional: Resilience, adaptability, self-control, empathy, self-motivation.
