Qualification Requirements for Project Development Officer I (Job Level 7)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant work experience
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training

Preferably with experience in any of the following:
- Direct experience in intensive community engagement, stakeholder coordination, and clearing operations involving informal settler families (ISFs) within project sites.

Selected candidates will be expected to perform the following functions:
1. Conduct of field validation and monitoring activities;
2. Community coordination and stakeholder engagement;
3. Assistance in documentation and profiling of affected occupants;
4. Support during clearing and relocation-related activities; and
5. Other tasks necessary to facilitate the immediate turnover of cleared project areas.
