Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational improvement projects, coordinating activities with local management and cross-functional teams.

- Analyze operational performance and implement solutions to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels.
- Provide technical support to field operations in productivity, contingency planning, staffing, and cost effectiveness.
- Support facility planning, layouts, equipment justification, vehicle planning, and engineering requirements.
- Develop and maintain operational contingency plans and standard operating procedures.
- Lead corporate and departmental projects focused on operational productivity and performance.
- Monitor project results and provide recommendations based on operational and statistical analysis.
