Project Execution Engineer – Energy

About the role

Adecco is looking for a Project Execution Engineer – Energy to join an international high-tech company specializing in digital energy, smart energy, intelligent digital factories, and integrated solutions for electricity consumption and distribution. The role involves managing and executing energy engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and management of energy projects.
• Help develop technical solutions and provide specialized support in electrical power systems.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Supervise construction quality and ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve execution issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and project acceptance documentation.
• Participate in selecting, procuring, and commissioning electrical equipment.
• Manage occupational safety and environmental protection at project sites.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems and Automation, High Voltage Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• More than one year of experience in energy engineering project execution or management; recent graduates may also be considered.
• Knowledge of electrical industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, substations, or transmission.
