🎯 Your Challenge
You will be responsible for managing and executing energy engineering projects on-site, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.Your main responsibilities will include:
• Lead the on-site execution and management of energy projects.• Participate in developing technical solutions and provide specialized support in electrical power systems.• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, clients, and internal teams.• Supervise construction quality and ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards.• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues during execution.• Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and project acceptance documentation.• Participate in the selection, procurement, and commissioning of electrical equipment.• Manage occupational safety and environmental protection at project sites.
🔎 What Are We Looking For?
• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems and Automation, High Voltage Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related fields.• More than one year of experience in energy engineering project execution or management. Recent graduates may also be considered.• Knowledge of electrical industry standards, codes, and regulations.• Understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, substations, or transmission.• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.• Knowledge of project planning, project control, and electrical equipment selection.• Strong analytical and on-site problem-solving skills.• Availability for short- and long-term domestic and international business travel.• Advanced English proficiency.
