This role focuses on executing projects across multiple streams, including digital solution deployments, vendor integrations, and technology implementations. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business and technical objectives.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and ExecutionDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for digital transformation initiativesManage end-to-end implementation of technology solutions and digital platformsCoordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful and efficient project deliveryTrack and manage project budgets within allocated parametersImplementation ManagementLead the deployment of digital solutions across assigned accountsCoordinate technical integrations with IT teams and vendorsManage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of implementationsMonitor and report on implementation progress and metricsStakeholder CoordinationFacilitate regular project status meetings with stakeholdersCoordinate with client teams for customization needs and requirementsWork closely with IT, Product, and Operations teamsSupport the preparation of status updates for RVPs and leadershipRisk and Issue ManagementIdentify and track project risks and issuesDevelop and implement mitigation strategiesManage project health metrics and status reportingCoordinate resolution of technical and operational challengesPerformance Tracking and ReportingTrack and report on project KPIs and success metricsMonitor user adoption rates and implementation effectivenessDocument project progress, challenges, and successesPrepare regular status reports and updatesRequired Experience:3+ years of project management experience, operations manager, technical business analyst, support department team lead, or aboveExperience with digital transformation or technology implementation projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProven track record of successful project deliveryStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGreat to havePMP certificationExperience with Agile methodologiesWhat’s in it for you:Private medical and life insurance from day oneBudget for professional growth (certifications)Schedule flexibility.Extra bonus based on performance.
