We are seeking a profile who enjoys connecting teams, bringing structure to processes, and ensuring operations run smoothly in a dynamic environment.
What will be your impact?
Coordinate multiple workflows across cross-functional teamsEnsure time tracking compliance and operational consistencySupport vendor onboarding and documentation managementMaintain accurate systems, reporting, and data organizationAct as a key connector between teams (Media, Finance, HR, Legal, Creative)Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes
What are we looking for?
2–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or coordination rolesExperience in advertising, media, or marketing agencies (highly preferred)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholdersProactive mindset, strong ownership, and attention to detail
Key to success in this role:A solid understanding of the media/advertising ecosystem and the ability to confidently navigate this environment.
You will work with international teams and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-impact environment.
