Project Manager

I am currently looking for a Project Manager position.
Manages the project. Implements workforce practices in the project under him/her.
Responsible for:
•Communicating to the Project Team, the importance of meeting customer requirements including the statutory and regulatory requirements.•Preparing Plan along with the Engagement Owner•Implementing the iQMSTM in the project•Managing project as per the plan•Creating and maintaining project records•Ensuring appropriate use of methods, tools and techniques in project•Ensuring rigor in project management practices•Ensuring rigor in estimation•Co-ordinating customer-related activities including acceptance of the deliverables•Reporting on progress against plan to the EO and the customer•Identifying problems related to the project and the iQMSTM implementation and taking corrective action•Collecting and analysing process and product measurements at the project level•Participating in pilot efforts for improving processes if the project is selected for the execution of a pilot•Identifying Project Primes/Backups and monitoring PI activities•Reviewing and adopting suitable technologies and best practices in the project.•Sharing knowledge and best practices adopted/originated in the project with other projects.•Initiating and monitoring the activities related to career development, performance management as well as competency development and integration for all members of the project•Being aware of the organisation’s security and privacy policies, procedures and guidelines, complying with it and ensuring compliance of the same within the project team•Analyzing information security and privacy impact before implementing any change to the customer deliverables or the delivery process•Being aware of and supporting implementation of the organisation’s HSE policies and guidelines.•Ensuring team members are trained on HSE requirements•Controlling the production, development, maintenance, use, security and privacy of organisational information as well as client information and systems that they use or have access to•Informing the EO/DP and/or ISM about any privacy incidents or security incident/security weaknesses in systems or services or software malfunctions•Ensuring that backup of the project level data is taken as per the requirements•Conducting HR planning activities in the project.•Facilitating communication, co-ordination and team building activities within the project team•Updating knowledge and skills inventory at the team level (for MLs and TMs)•Delegate workforce practice related responsibilities to project team members, as applicable.
Empowered to:•Initiate error prevention and corrective action in the project•Authorise the release of all project deliverables and other internal documents•Approve changes to project work-items•Authorise rectification and rework of non-conforming products•Accept customer-supplied and other included products after reviews•Approve Acceptance Test Plans prepared by the customer•Review and evaluate performance of the project team•Staff the project with the right mix of skills•Assign work and delegate responsibility•Tailor workforce practices in consultation with EO and the project team, as applicable•Authorise training and development activities in the project.
