Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions.Collaborate with internal and external (client) stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.Drive best practices in tech (software development, DevOps) and process (agile methodologies).Conduct code reviews, technical mentorship and performance evaluation for engineers.Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.Work closely with HR and senior leadership to attract and retain top talent.Manage project Plans, risks, budgets, and technical challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and managing cross-functional teams in such iterative development delivery models.Ability to prioritize, strategize, and align engineering efforts with business objectives.Strong background in the culture of innovation and value adds.
