Expert Management of Comprehensive Redesigns● Leads full site section redesigns, coordinating with various stakeholders and managing complex engineering dependencies, all while navigating fast-moving timelines to ensure successful UAT, QA, and launches.
AEM Expertise● Utilizes deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager to author, maintain, and govern website changes, ensuring seamless integration and content management. Proficient in Web Migrations● Guides the integration of existing web properties into the AEM instance, leveraging past experience in web platform migrations to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration● Works closely with UX, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to align project strategies and goals, ensuring cohesive and well-executed web initiatives.
Master Communicator● Acts as the liaison between production teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating needs and securing buy-in for website advancement.
Commitment to Quality and Consistency● Champions best practices in QA, focusing on accessibility and accuracy to maintain and improve site health across all regions.
Dynamic and Proactive Leader● Handles competing priorities with ease, utilizing Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, and remains adaptable in the face of ambiguity and shifting priorities.
