Project Manager (card payment field)

About the role

TechBiz Global is providing recruitment services to a client and is seeking a Project Manager. The role involves managing projects that usually, but not exclusively, include developing and implementing business processes and information systems on client modules.

Responsibilities

• Meet identified client business needs and manage, lead, and direct projects to achieve their goals, purpose, and output within agreed timescales and standards.
• Provide business expertise and advice to team members to help achieve project goals and meet client expectations efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• 3–5 years of experience as a project manager.
• Customer focus and willingness to exceed expectations.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and techniques, such as PRINCE 2, AGILE, and PMI.
• Project manager certification and comprehensive knowledge of software development.
• Experience in the payment industry.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proactive approach, bias for action, and ability to identify opportunities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and willingness to travel to clients.
