About the role
IGT delivers gaming experiences through world-class content and technical and commercial capabilities. The Project Manager II (Design) leads assigned projects and programs, aligning delivery with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations. The role coordinates cross-functional resources, manages risks and dependencies, and delivers technology-driven solutions that enhance customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
- Coordinate installation and deployment activities, including enterprise software, system integration, and consulting engagements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope, schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Development teams.
- Monitor and report on project performance, including progress, resources, schedules, risks, and metrics.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and blockers.
- Serve as an escalation point and provide troubleshooting support.
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders and teams, and mediate conflicting priorities.
- Review performance continuously and implement improvements.
