About the RoleWe’re looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to help keep our client projects organized, on track, and moving forward.You’ll work closely with our Snr Operations Manager, marketing specialists, Account Managers, and leadership team to coordinate projects, manage deadlines, follow up on deliverables, and make sure clients receive what they need on time.This is a hands-on project management role. You don't need to be an expert in every area of digital marketing, but you should understand how digital marketing projects work and be comfortable coordinating people who specialize in different areas.We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their projects, communicate clearly, spot issues early, and keep things moving without needing constant supervision.

What You’ll DoManage multiple client projects and deliverables from planning through completion.Join client meetings, gather feedback, process meeting notes and convert it into projects to assign to the team.Keep project timelines, tasks, priorities, and deadlines organized.Coordinate with SEO, paid advertising, content, design, social media, web, and other specialists.Make sure everyone involved understands what needs to be done, who is responsible, and when it is due.Follow up on outstanding tasks and keep projects moving forward.Monitor project progress and flag potential delays, blockers, or issues early.Review completed work to make sure deliverables are complete and meet the project requirements before moving them to the next stage.Coordinate client feedback, revisions, approvals, and other project-related requirements.Communicate project updates clearly with clients and internal team members when needed.Help manage client expectations and escalate concerns to the appropriate manager when necessary.Keep project information and documentation updated in our project management systems.Work with Snr Operations Manager, Account Managers and marketing specialists to make sure client priorities are properly communicated and acted on.Help identify gaps or recurring issues in our workflows and suggest practical ways to improve them.Take ownership of problems and help coordinate solutions rather than simply passing issues along.
What We’re Looking For3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.Experience managing multiple projects, clients, and deadlines at the same time.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and workflows.Strong written and spoken English.Excellent organization and time-management skills.Strong follow-up and communication skills.Comfortable communicating with both clients and internal team members.Able to prioritize tasks and adjust when priorities change.Detail-oriented and able to catch things that may be missed.A Driver, Proactive and comfortable working independently.Comfortable working with remote teams across different time zones.Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI platforms like Claude, ChatGPT and GeminiReliable, accountable, and able to take ownership of assigned projects. Nice to HaveExperience working with healthcare, chiropractic, wellness, dental, medical, or other local service businesses.Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency.Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, social media, website projects, and lead generation.Experience working with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing platforms.Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Experience working with remote teams across multiple countries and time zones.
