At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Uruguay, we are looking for a Project Manager IT Services to join our team supporting one of our global customers. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable working in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional and technology areas.Manage cross project risks, issues, and decisions to drive to closure.Gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering with all levels.Run projects and programs independently.Set up milestones, progress reports, etc.Lead strategic programs, combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks.Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to project, management, and senior executive teams.Address escalations, quickly assess and develop root cause analysis and problem solution for operations escalations
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.Professional certification (PMP) preferred.Experience with Cloud (preferred).Experience with Service Now (preferred).ITIL/ITSM certification a plusAWS certification is a plus, project management experience, including supervisory experience.
