Key Responsibilities Plan and execute projects ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Define clear project goals, scope, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders to align expectations. Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and progress reports to track milestones and deadlines. Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and resources effectively to optimize productivity and collaboration. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and quality. Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company processes and industry best practices. Conduct thorough project reviews and provide detailed status updates to senior management and stakeholders. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive team performance. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Trello. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification highly desirable. Experience managing software development or IT-related projects. Strong client-handling and stakeholder management experience.
