WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• Full L&D project lifecycle
• Primary client contact
• Business development: leads, proposals, CRM
• Reports to CEO

REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATES
• Bachelor’s in Management, HRM, Business Admin, or related field
• Preferred: PM, T&D, or HR certification

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
• Strong knowledge of the training & development lifecycle, incl. ROI measurement
• Project planning and risk management skills
• Highest competence in documentation, reporting, stakeholder handling
• Ability to enforce compliance and quality standards
• Canva and basic AI skills

EXPERIENCE
• 1-2 years in L&D, consulting, or corporate L&D units in Nepal

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Hybrid; 10am-6pm, Sunday to Friday
• In-person co-working twice a month
• Occasional travel within Nepal

REPORTING STRUCTURE
• Reporting to: CEO

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
• Personal laptop, MS Office/Google Workspace, Canva
• Zoom/Teams, ClickUp, Notion & AI tools
