Project Scheduler Assistant

YOU WILL:
- Support job scheduling and keep records accurate
- Enter new sheet data and update the Matrix system
- Coordinate daily locations and job updates
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Track materials, temporary service, and project updates
- Assist with admin tasks and keep projects on track

WHAT WE’LL LOOKING FOR:
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Construction, fencing, or admin experience a plus

Salary shown: $45K - $50K / YR
