Projects Manager

About the role

EBS Sudan is seeking a Projects Manager to oversee fintech and banking projects from planning through execution and closure. The role is responsible for delivery within approved scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver projects, and oversee project execution and governance.
• Coordinate with clients, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead project teams and manage resources.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Communicate with stakeholders and report progress.
• Address compliance, security, and business requirements.
• Manage project deliverables and performance.
• Support continuous improvement and operational alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, banking, information technology, or a related field.
• PmR is highly preferred.
• Experience in the same field.
• Skills in project planning and management, fintech and banking services, client and stakeholder management, and project risk and issue management.
• Skills in budget and timeline management, team leadership and resource allocation, project reporting and data analysis, CRM systems and reporting tools, and SLA and compliance management.
• Problem-solving and issue-resolution skills, Microsoft Office application skills, and communication and negotiation skills.
