About the role
The Villages by Marjorie Bernal is seeking a Property Specialist to promote and sell AboitizLand properties.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell AboitizLand properties.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist clients during site tours.
- Help clients with their requirements, documents, and processing.
- Establish, build, and grow your professional network.
Requirements
- At least 2nd year college level with 72 units.
- At least 1 year of solid sales experience preferred.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge in digital selling is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
