Proposal Analyst RFx

This is an experienced proposal analyst role that is specific to Request for Proposals/Tenders/Information (RFx)
Responsibilities:Lead multiple RFx efforts ensuring compliance to customer and prospect requirements and adherence to company business practices; include reviewing RFx to determine deliverables and response structure.Leverage AI to develop drafts and/or write, edit and deliver clear, concise, and quality RFx responses ensuring brand consistency, error-free copy and adherence to established standards.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables for proposal efforts to guarantee customer and prospect deadlines are metCo-develop executive summaries in collaboration with Sales, Presales and Value Management TeamCollaborate with Sales, Presales and/or external third-party and system integration partners to develop strategic concepts and themes ensuring solutions are properly positioned in RFx responses and customer communicationsLead RFx Kickoff calls and follow up activitiesDrive proposal reviews including determining participants, reviewing timeliness, feedback resolution and integrating appropriate comments/modificationsDrive follows on RFx activities to ensure complete customer evaluation of proposals, including customer clarifications, identified deficiencies, or other related activitiesSupport updating and maintaining RFP content, proposal assets and process documentation.
RequirementsEnglish advanced B2+ 85-90%5+ years in proposal writing/management, editing and desktop publishing or sales/technical writingDemonstrated strong time & priority management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead RFx response and project teams with varying work styles, work schedules and with the flexibility to work across multiple time zonesAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite skills. Proficient AI and proposal management software skills required. Ombud experience a plus.Proficiency in publishing software like InDesign or Adobe Express and online RFP portals desirable.• Proficiency in procurement processesHR, Financial and AI solution sales support with an emphasis on cloud experience a plus
