PSP Specialist

We are looking for a motivated PSP Specialist (Payment Service Provider) to join our Payments team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth payment operations, optimizing transaction performance, and supporting payment integrations across multiple brands and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor payment system performance and resolve issues affecting transaction flow and customer experienceAnalyze and improve payment acceptance rates, reducing declines and processing errorsTest and perform QA for newly integrated payment methods and review existing integrationsInvestigate, escalate, and follow up on payment-related issues with internal teams and external providersLiaise with payment providers, technical teams, and stakeholders to resolve incidentsGather feedback from Customer Support, Payments, and Risk teams to drive system improvementsSupport KYC and due diligence processes for payment providersAssist in launching new brands and markets, including payment method testingMaintain relationships with payment providers and monitor performance metricsProvide out-of-hours support when required (including weekends and public holidays)
Requirements
2–3 years of experience working with payment systems (e.g. PaymentIQ or similar platforms)Experience in payment integrations within the iGaming industryStrong understanding of payment gateway APIs and transaction flowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills for cross-functional and external collaborationProactive mindset and adaptability to fast-changing environmentsFluent in English (written and spoken)
