Role Description The Online Language School Franchise Partner role is a remote, contract opportunity to own and operate a virtual language school under the Lingua Learn brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing franchise operations, coordinating online language training programs, and overseeing local marketing and outreach to attract individual and corporate clients. The partner will handle business development activities, including identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting Lingua Learn’s language offerings within their region. The role involves collaborating with Lingua Learn’s central team for training, support, and quality assurance, as well as monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Writing skills to interact with clients, present the franchise offering, and manage clear documentation and correspondence.Solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market potential, understand client needs, and make data-informed business decisions.Experience in Training or education-related activities, with the ability to coordinate or oversee online language programs and support instructors.Background in business development, sales, or franchise management, with proven ability to grow and sustain a client base.Comfort with remote work, digital tools, and online learning platforms, with good organizational and time management skills.Relevant experience in language education, e-learning, or international business is an asset.Post-secondary education in business, education, languages, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
