About the role

Lingua Learn Franchise Group is seeking a partner to develop and manage its franchise operations within Puerto Rico. Lingua Learn is a virtual online training school with 45+ franchise hubs worldwide, delivering over 50 languages to individual learners and corporate clients.

Franchise partners receive exclusive rights to the Lingua Learn brand and services in their country, along with a launch package that includes an e-commerce website, CRM, staff training, and ongoing operational support. Partners also have access to a global network of 300+ qualified teachers and branded course materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the local launch of the online language school and coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team on HR, sales, marketing, administration, and academic matters.
• Identify and engage prospective learners and corporate clients, implement local marketing initiatives, and monitor performance metrics to optimize growth.
• Manage local staff and teacher coordination where needed, ensure high-quality service delivery, and adapt offerings to the Puerto Rican market.
• Conduct continuous market research and communicate with local stakeholders and the global Lingua Learn network.
