Purchaser

The Purchaser plays a vital role in ensuring the timely procurement of quality goods and services to support our yacht operations. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility, we want you on board!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors
• Request and compare quotations
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery
• Inspect and verify goods/services upon receipt
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support inventory and cost control initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (yachting, marine, or logistics industry experience is a plus)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of suppliers, materials and marine equipment is an advantage
