We are seeking a Procurement and Supply Manager in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to manage purchasing from purchase requisition through order fulfillment and payment closeout.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the purchasing process from receipt of purchase requisitions.
- Request supplier quotations and prepare documented comparisons of financial and commercial terms.
- Create, send, and track purchase orders.
- Verify invoices against delivery notes and accepted commercial terms.
- Complete purchase closeout, including fulfillment requirements and payments.
