SUPPLY BASE MANAGEMENT Design, implement and present commodity strategiesCreate and maintain close contact with different departments (Project, development, quality, legal, finance) Develop global and robust suppliers’ panel according to automotive standards Build cost models Conduct suppliers’ capability studies by performing on-sight evaluation audits with development and quality team Communicate Business plan with suppliers
CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION Negotiate and deploy standard agreements with core suppliers Ensure that contractual conditions and group procedures are well applied and respected by suppliers as well by project teams Support group objectives in terms of savings and cash flow improvement
TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS MANAGEMENT Capacity management Transversal RFQ management (including sourcing, RFQ process, negotiation, nomination, validation follow up etc)
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT Performance and scorecard follow up with suppliers (including action plan management) Supplier requests for change management Support project buyers to obtain best economic conditions Problem solving and look for alternative solutions
