Purchasing Spacialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
– Execute procurement procedures for materials, equipment, goods, and tools/instruments for the Company in compliance with legal regulations and the policies/procedures of the Company, the Corporation, and the Group;
– Sourcing, draft, negotiate, and manage procurement contracts with international suppliers; monitor outstanding payables and handle project/contract settlements;
– Manage databases regarding projects, suppliers, and procurement history to support decision-making;
– Prepare periodic reports for the Board of Management on investment plan implementation, procurement progress, and any issues encountered, while proposing solutions;
– Provide professional training and guidance to relevant departments regarding investment, bidding, and procurement operations.
JOB REQUIREMENT 
– Experience of at least 1 year independently in charge of the similar tasks that listed in Job Responsibilities
1. Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Electronics & Telecommunications, IT, Electrical-Electronics, or Finance & Accounting.
2. Work experience:
– 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
– Good communication skills.
– Knowledge of telecommunications materials and equipment.
– Good management skills.
– Experience working both independently and in a team.
– Proficiency in Word and Excel.
3. Language proficiency:
– Strong English proficiency (listening, speaking, and comprehension)
– Good Portuguese communication skills (if any)
