About the role
Omnissa is looking for a PX Business Consultant (HR Business Partner) to partner with its HR Partner team and support people leaders across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM. This hands-on, consultative HR role involves working directly with managers to solve people challenges. The role supports the employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies, while helping create positive employee experiences and supporting leaders with people decisions.
Responsibilities
- Advise and coach mid-level managers on day-to-day people matters, including performance, engagement, development, and employee relations.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to people managers.
