Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Python Backend Developer to power our omni-channel automation and AI projects. You will rapidly deploy AI solutions using Google Cloud’s AI tools, building system-agnostic AI agents that integrate seamlessly with client CRMs and dialers. Your work will automate sales, customer support, and back-office functions, reducing costs and improving efficiency without disrupting existing client technology stacks. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend Python applications focused on AI and API integrations. Implement AI agents capable of handling inbound/outbound text, chat, and voice communications. Integrate AI solutions with diverse client CRMs and dialers. Optimize API routing, function calling, and system interoperability. Deliver high-performance, production-ready code with rapid deployment cycles. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Python backend development or similar roles. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. Strong work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability. Experience with Google Cloud AI tools and API integrations is highly preferred. Why Join Us?
