Python Developer

You'll be a Software Engineer in a technical leadership role, working on backend development and data integrations and building the tools that connect external sources with our clients' platforms. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, thinks through problems before jumping to solutions, and communicates well across teams. Architectural input and peer mentoring are core parts of the role, so prior experience leading projects or engineers is important. Requirements3+ years of experience in backend or integration-heavy domainsStrong Python skills (FastAPI and pandas are a plus)Experience with MongoDB and AWS technologies (especially S3 and ECS)Familiarity with React and/or Node.js for full-stack delivery when neededStrong ownership and self-direction, you're comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environmentProactive communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with product and customer-facing teamsWe highly value experience with generative AI technologies, both for development and product integration.
